I have never in my life received the type of professionalism that I received today from Dylan. Also. I was pleasantly surprised at the person that took my call. Everyone, every single person that I had contact with at SafeAire was professional, ...friendly, courteous and top-notch! Back to the technician, he was professional and friendly from the moment he pulled into our driveway. He put on protection for our floors. I really appreciated his knowledge and the fact that he made my problem his priority. He was upfront about costs, recommendations and made sure that I understood everything. The part that really stood out to me was that he checked for our warranty. I had searched for our homeowner paperwork and when he arrived, he let me know that he could check. Wow, just wow! I haven't called for a repair technician since we moved to this area, so I was nervous. I'm grateful that my first experience with a service business was fantastic. I will recommend SafeAire to everyone. Oh, and I absolutely LOVE the safety steps this company has implemented by letting the home owner know who is arriving at their home with a name and photo. Notice they spell their company, Aire, not Air. Because they may sell AC systems , they're not AC techs, they're only out there to make money off gullible. Fancy trucks, company uniforms, smooth talking salesman is what they're all about. They're ...preying on young homeowners who think that you need to spend a lot of money for quality. They literally charge double or triple the standard cost of units, parts, and labor. I had them quote me for a 3 1/2 ton split system for $12,000.
